Background colour, finish, substrate, texture // every variable worked through until the piece is right. Edition Zero is where that happens. These are the test runs: one-of-one works produced during the development of the editions programme, each finished to the same exacting standard as the mainline but carrying the marks of a process still being resolved.

No two are identical. No version will be repeated. In traditional printmaking these would be called artist's proofs // the pieces made before the formula was set. That's what these are. Get them before the edition does.
