RETURNS & REFUNDS.

All original works and bespoke commissions are final sale. Given the nature of handmade, one-of-a-kind work, returns are not accepted once a piece has been delivered or installed.

If a piece arrives damaged in transit, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In this instance a resolution will be found — either repair, replacement where possible, or refund at our discretion.

Bespoke commissions require a non-refundable deposit to secure the commission and begin the work. The deposit covers the time and materials invested in the brief and concept stage. If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is retained.
